Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager in the Rogers area. The ideal restaurant manager candidate should be a highly organized and customer-focused leader with excellent communication and management skills, able to balance profitability with adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring high customer service standards and profitability.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage hourly staff, including performance reviews and scheduling.
- Implement and enforce safety and food handling procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain administrative compliance, including cash handling procedures and employee issue reporting.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: up to $60,000

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience at a high volume (over $3m per year in sales) Full Service concept
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
