POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Information Technology Internal Auditor (Senior IT Internal Auditor) is responsible for conducting routine and ad hoc internal audits and monitoring ITGC controls. The internal audit department performs a diverse mix of financial, operational, compliance, information technology, and controls based audit projects. In our Internal Audit department, you will continue to develop the skills you learned in public consulting or industry internal audit that can lead to your continued progression in internal audit or optional placement in other roles within the Company. Responsibilities Understands the entire audit process and has as a proven track record of planning, execution and reporting on IT audits. Leads and helps during fieldwork, manages audit performance including keeping business leaders updated and on-track during audit engagements. Manages time and takes ownership of assignments to ensure that fieldwork is executed as planned and in accordance with expected timelines and quality. Prioritizes relationship building with business leaders and identifies opportunities to enhance the audit engagement experience. Understands our business leader's ambitions and provides consulting as necessary. Works diligently to maintain Internal Audit's collaborative relationship with internal (hospital management, Corporate leadership) and external parties (external auditors, consultants). Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in - Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Healthcare Management, Accounting, Business or related field 2 years of public consulting and/or industry internal audit experience Healthcare experience strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Contribute to engagement planning and ensure that deliverables address risk Strong written and oral communication skills Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving Contribute to a positive team attitude and collaborative working environment Willingness to travel up to 20% LI-BB1
