Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of U.S. retail stores, including setting sales goals, optimizing store performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintain high standards across all locations in terms of store aesthetics, service, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to drive store visibility and brand awareness. Ensure all in-store touchpoints align with brand messaging, supporting a cohesive customer experience across all channels.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of an omni-channel retail strategy, integrating innovative retail technology and solutions to bridge online and offline customer journeys seamlessly.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the American retail landscape, including regional nuances, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics. Ability to identify emerging trends and leverage consumer insights to enhance customer experiences.
  • Experience with 0-to-1 projects, particularly in scaling new ventures or launching new stores. Proven track record in pioneering successful growth initiatives in a retail environment.
  • Ability to independently develop and explore new markets, with an established network of regional clients and resources. Strong ability to negotiate and handle business discussions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing multi-location teams to maintain a unified, high-performing culture.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to handle complex business discussions. High level of business acumen with a focus on long-term profitability and growth.
