About the Role
A marketing agency and growth consultancy is looking for a Junior Brand Designer to help us tell our story through exceptional design.
As a Junior Brand Designer, you’ll collaborate across teams to bring our brand and client projects to life. You’ll assist in creating visually stunning and cohesive designs that uphold brand standards and resonate with audiences.
Responsibilities
- Designing a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Assisting in the maintenance and evolution of visual brand guidelines.
- Supporting the development of creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Preparing files for both digital and print production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborating with marketing, strategy, and account teams to understand project goals and deliver exceptional creative solutions.
- Staying ahead of design trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio that showcases your skills in branding, layout design, and marketing assets.
- A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with FIGMA, CANVA, and other design collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with animation or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
