Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK (minimal travel required)

Pay: $74,000 - $75,000
About Our Client: Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing all human resource activities in the Tulsa area and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Description: The HR Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, developing, and coordinating all aspects of human resources management activities. This includes implementing strategic initiatives to support the company’s goals and promoting a positive organizational climate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with management to support personnel management, recruitment, and retention strategies.
- Oversee performance management processes, including reviews, feedback, and evaluations.
- Manage HR programs such as talent management, annual salary increases, health insurance enrollment, disciplinary matters, and employee recognition.
- Handle work injury management and follow-up on claims.
- Support safety audits and follow-up actions in collaboration with the Training and Safety Manager.
- Identify staffing needs and implement best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits, including loans and discounts.
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Implement and manage performance evaluation systems.
- Execute disciplinary actions and terminations according to company policies.
- Develop and manage the strategic HR plan and budget.
- Review reports (TOR, OSHA, 401K, OT) and recommend actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (Master’s degree preferred)
- SHRM Certification (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 5+ years of experience in human resource roles
