OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• The Accounting Specialist will perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.


• The Accounting Specialist will assist with month-end and year-end close processes.


• The Accounting Specialist will manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment scheduling.


• The Accounting Specialist will manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:

• 3+ years of accounting experience.


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.


• Experience with accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and 1099 preparation.


• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
