Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and costs to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry, with a background in upscale casual dining preferred.
• Strong understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
