Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role in a QSR or fast casual concept
• Multi-task while maintaining the required standards of daily restaurant operation
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Meet all customer needs
• Ensure the store is consistently well-supplied and orderly
• Grasp both fundamental and advanced register procedures
• Craft simple menu items proficiently
• Oversee the training, orientation, and growth of the entire store team
