Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials, including using forklifts or other handling equipment.
• Safety Adherence: Follow all safety regulations and report concerns or incidents immediately.
• Troubleshooting: Address minor equipment issues and notify maintenance teams of larger concerns.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activity, including counts and quality metrics.
• Collaboration: Work as part of a team to ensure efficient production processes.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep workspaces clean and equipment in optimal condition.
• Process Improvement: Offer suggestions to improve efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
