Position Overview: As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will play a vital role in our patients’ oral health journey. You will work closely with our team of skilled dentists and support staff to provide high-quality preventive care in a collaborative and supportive environment. *NEW GRADS* are welcome to apply but will need to show great potential. Pay will be based on experience and patient care.

Available hours: Monday - Thursday 9 am-6 pm).

This is a 4-operatory private practice with PPO and cash patients. We expect the highest level of professionalism and dedication to your craft.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis Clean and help protect patients’ teeth (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride) Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of preventive care Give instructions to patients about all dental procedures Take X-rays, ensuring patient comfort and safety Periodontal treatment planning Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Monitor supplies Ensure the sterilization and upkeep of dental equipment Must be Hygiene production oriented. Coachable and open to learning new techniques and accept constructive critique. Work closely with team members to create a positive and efficient workflow Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene practices and attend continuing education opportunities Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited Dental Hygiene program Valid state dental hygiene license Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team A passion for patient care and helping others achieve optimal oral health Eagerness to grow professionally and contribute to a positive team environment CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
