Client Details This reputable GC is throughout the country and has a strong presence in the South Florida marekt for commercial construction. They are well known for working on commercial projects up to roughly $10M and projects include self storage, industrial, municipal, etc. construction work. They are looking for someone on site with strong experience in interiors.

Description The Interior Superintendent will: Manage the job site through interior renovations and completions. Communicate and meet regularly with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes, and deliveries. Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues. Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards. Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots. Communicate effectively with owners, construction managers, other superintendents, and project managers to ensure appropriate progress Profile The Interior Superintendent should have: 3+ years of construction superintendent experience Strong background in interior finishes Experience with MEPs/ HVAC.
