Fresh off of $16mm in new funding, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our team. We are seeking an experienced engineer who is passionate about building the next generation of credit cards and spend management software. As a senior engineer, you will have the opportunity to shape and build our modern credit card issuing platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop the Torpago platform with Go and TypeScript
- Tackle challenging financial problems like risk control and fraud prevention using cutting-edge technology
- Take ownership of new initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers
Candidate Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of programming experience
- A minimum of 3 days is required in the office
- Strong technical background
- Strong Go and TypeScript skills
- Strong Database and SQL experience
- Good team player
- Hands-on experience with event-driven systems
- Hands-on experience with functional programming languages
