Associate Director, People Analytics Product Development

The Associate Director, Product Development (Hybrid Work Optimization) will relentlessly pursue hiring, productivity, engagement, and retention outcomes through the lens of hybrid work. This role will continuously optimize our approaches to ensure that we execute on this objective now and in the years ahead.
What you'll do:
- Lead the identification and articulation of associate behaviors and their relationship to targeted business outcomes in a hybrid work environment
- Deliver insights related to hybrid work to ensure organizational leaders are armed with best practices to support their associates and the business
- Define and lead the execution of high impact actions that will drive meaningful improvement in the short term with a vision for the future
- Engage with cross-functional teams to develop a roadmap for hybrid work, continuously evolving our strategic advantage to meet the needs of our business
What you'll need:
Strategic Problem Solving with Bias for Action:
- 7+ years of experience leading and supporting project-based initiatives with a focus on improving business outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Successful track record of synthesizing actionable insights and recommendations based on robust quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Experience designing a v0.5 solution, getting real world feedback, and then iterating to v1.0+ with a continuous improvement mindset.
Innovative Mindset:
- Forward-thinking visionary who can see where we need to be in 3 years and can develop a compelling, practical approach to how we get there starting tomorrow.
- Consistent demonstration of integrity, objectivity, and productive collaboration using proven best practices and methodologies with a no-limits mindset.
Excellent Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with C-suite presentation experience.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders and leaders in the design of solutions for critical business initiatives.
Technical Acumen
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL or at least one analytics programming language (R or Python preferred).
- Comfortable creating compelling data visualizations to explain complex insights.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, leveraging them to inform data model design.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 105,600 USD - 144,900 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
