Position Summary

As the Marketing Manager for Mobile App Acquisition, you'll spearhead our ambitious goal of reaching 10 million subscribers. Your role is crucial in developing and executing strategies that drive app downloads and user engagement, leveraging the app's unique features and the innovative L.AI.C integration.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels to boost app subscriptions, emphasizing the app's unique offerings to specific audience segments that reach both existing and new Life Time markets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze daily subscription metrics, providing detailed performance reports and actionable insights to optimize acquisition strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, market position and competitors to drive marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including brand, design, and business partners, to enhance the overall user experience and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Acquisition Journey Optimization: Implement and utilize robust analytics to assess and improve the mobile acquisition journey across various platforms and interactions, driving efficient and effective acquisition volume towards YOY growth targets.

Minimum Required Qualifications   

  • Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: High level of energy, resilience, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Years of Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in direct-to-consumer customer acquisition, with a proven track record of driving user growth through mobile app platforms.

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

  • n/a

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AI Integration Experience: Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and strategies, understanding their impact on user engagement and acquisition.
