As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality mechanical equipment is produced efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:As a Permanent Mechanical Assembler, your primary duties will include:1. Assembling mechanical components according to specifications.2. Examining and testing assembled products to ensure quality and functionality.3. Adjusting, repairing, or replacing faulty components as needed.4. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.5. Using hand tools and automated equipment to fulfill assembly tasks.6. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.7. Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.8. Inspecting, operating, and testing completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, or conformance to customer specifications.9. Setting up and operating devices or equipment to verify operational performance.10. Providing feedback and input to improve assembly processes and procedures.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.2. Proficiency in using various hand tools, and automated machinery.3. Extensive knowledge and experience with Pneumatics, PUMPs, and filters.4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.7. Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, lift, and move heavy equipment.8.
