Soo & Stan Enterprises Inc is hiring: Overnight Grill Cook in Arlington

We are seeking an overnight grill cook to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service. This is a 24/7 operation located inside the Pentagon. As such, you must be able to successfully navigate a government required background check and vaccination record required. Punctuality and reliability are essential, a reliable means of transportation required.

Shifts will be Friday and Saturday Nights, 10PM-6AM, and may be asked to work other shifts for coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate culinary activities, Back of House experience necessary.
• Responsible for maintaining all F&B standards
• Works directly with the GM to maintain a superior food and beverage operation
• Assists in maintaining attendance policies
• Maintains clean and safe working environment
• Assists in maintaining food cost by monitoring waste and abuse
• Consistently strives to improve the communication process and always follows up with Manager
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
