is looking for a passionate and energetic General Manager for our Mission Valley area to oversee operations and deliver exceptional customer service to our guests! (Target Annual Base Pay $62,000 - $74,000 - DOE) $22.00 - $25.00/hourly (based on a 50-hour week, 40 regular/10 overtime) Plus, quarterly bonuses. What You’ll Do: Build a team of top performers by coaching and developing future leaders; providing clear, consistent direction, performance feedback, and recognizing individual and team contributions. Ensure that all team members are properly trained, and coaching, counseling, and performance feedback is provided on a regular and timely basis. Make personnel decisions regarding transfers, promotions, terminations, and other employment decisions and obtain approval as necessary. Listen to team member suggestions for improving how work is done and guests are served. Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. LUN-A-TIC Qualifications: Possess and instill high-quality standards for production and guest service. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, organized, and efficient; safety-minded. Strong verbal and written communication skills; courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Ability to work productively with little to no supervision; trustworthy and reliable. Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system. Computer literate using Microsoft Office; bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred - must be able to communicate (speak, read, write) in the primary language of the work location. Must have a minimum of three (3) years restaurant experience (knowledge of both the BOH and FOH is strongly preferred); Luna Grill experience is ideal. Three (3) years supervisory/management experience strongly preferred.
