As a Digital Design Engineer, you will contribute to the development of advanced digital circuits that integrate with analog components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results. Introduction Elevate Semiconductor is seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Finance to oversee the company's financial operations and drive its long-term financial strategy. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Finance will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in shaping the future of Elevate Semiconductor. This role offers the potential to transition into a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to ensure compliance, optimize performance, and strengthen investor relations in alignment with Elevate Semiconductor's growth goals. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:

Lead Elevate Semi’s financial planning, operational finance activities, and risk management initiatives. Drive strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.

Financial Operations Management:

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure the company’s financial health. Establish and implement policies and procedures for financial operations, including procurement processes.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal reporting requirements, including tax filings and estimated payments. Develop internal controls and systems to manage risk effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary interface with banks, auditors, external accounting partners, private equity investors, and the board of directors. Prepare and present financial updates and investor presentations to the board and stakeholders.

Team Development:

Oversee and mentor finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Build and manage high-performing teams to support organizational growth.

Other Duties:

Continuously evaluate processes for efficiency and scalability. Contribute to additional company initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field. CPA certification required. 10+ years of experience as a Controller including Auditing/Assurance in a Big 4 accounting firm. 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in financial management. Experience working directly with private equity-backed organizations. Proven knowledge and experience within the semiconductor industry. Strong familiarity with private equity environments and investor relations. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with C-suite executives, board members, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing financial strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or MBA (preferred but not required). Expertise in building and scaling financial operations in a semiconductor or technology company.
