Your mission:
As a Corporate Strategy Associate, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s long-term strategy and supporting the execution of key initiatives across the organization. Reporting to our Head of Strategy, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, streamline operations, and drive innovation. Your work will help guide SOPHiA GENETICS as we continue to lead the charge in democratizing data-driven medicine.
Key responsibilities:
Define our long-term growth strategy in alignment with company goals
Partner with executive leadership to drive quarterly and annual goal setting
Construct executive and Board-level presentations to share key insights and recommendations with company leadership
Lead high-priority strategic projects from ideation through to implementation (e.g., pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, business transformations, organizational design, process improvement)
Work closely with stakeholders in departments across the company to align strategic initiatives and drive execution
Help establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights
Develop company communications and presentations to align internal and external stakeholders to the company’s strategy and update them on performance
Support shareholder engagement activities, including investor meetings, earnings calls, and investor events
Minimum requirements:
2 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, or similar corporate strategy or investment focused role, with technology, healthcare, life sciences and/or pharmaceutical background a plus
Background in storytelling and content creation, mixed with business acumen and critical thinking
Strong project management skills, able to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment and across multiple geographies
Exposure to working directly with C-Suite stakeholders, with the ability to create executive-ready materials
Direct experience leading cross-functional projects through from ideation and into implementation and execution
Excellent communication skills, able to deliver relevant storylines and content aligned with company objectives
Familiarity with AI, genomics, or healthcare industries, or AI industries is a plus
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus, especially for creating visually appealing presentations to support strategic initiatives
