1 SoCal HVAC Territory Sales Manager Sales, Marketing and Training Field Full-time What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in the HVAC industry and ideally, be familiar with Navien products. They will possess technical sales ability and are experienced at creating, articulating, and presenting at the executive level. Must be a person of high integrity. Candidates must also be able to work closely with members of the sales force to define and develop a coordinated sales strategy that will evolve as necessary. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused in high-pressure situations. This role requires active pursuit of contractors and dealers in the marketplace to create Navien product demand. In addition, the Southern California HVAC Sales Manager must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be resourceful and enthusiastic about sales and continued growth. Responsibilities: To meet and exceed territory sales and training goals. To conduct ongoing technical and comprehensive HVAC product training to all sales outlets/distributors, installers, and specifiers. Monitor and analyze field sales reports, interpret results, and take corrective action to achieve sales targets. Develop new business opportunities and relationships in all markets relative to Navien HVAC products. Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members, distributors, dealers and sales outlets. To promote the Navien HVAC product portfolio at various trade events including trade shows, counter days, trainings, etc. Resolve customer complaints and assist technical service with problem resolution. Embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment. Work closely with all members of the sales force to assist in HVAC product sales growth and training. Leads will be supplied from a variety of resources and the individual must promptly follow through on contacting all leads. Occasional flight travel may be necessary. Regular travel expected to meet the needs of each territory. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC sales. Positive sales-oriented personality. Strong team player. Ambition to grow and take on new assignments/skills as needed. Understanding of the changing marketplace and ability to adapt to change. Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage productivity goals and quality standards. Flexibility and adaptability required to meet territory needs and drive sales. Preferred Qualifications: Prior industry experience.
