to support the Mission Systems Sector's Marine Systems Plant Operations organization. This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, and requires a full-time onsite presence. In this role, you will be a key member of the Marine Systems CIO Program Office and serve as a vital link between the Office of the CIO and Marine Systems Plant Operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely and cost-efficient delivery of all IT and cybersecurity services, as well as managing day-to-day activities and priorities. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the technical quality, performance, budget, and schedule for IT/Cybersecurity aspects related to plant operations. Collaborate with plant operations leadership, homeroom managers, and end-user groups to identify, plan, implement, and sustain IT/Cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments to achieve organizational goals. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 9 years of IT experience; or a master's degree and 7 years of IT experience; or 4 years of IT experience with PhD. Demonstrated experience in effective communication with a wide range of people. Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement experience. Proven IT project management experience and demonstrated leadership skills. Must have at least an active DoD Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or Network Engineering. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Manager. Familiarity with Machine Connectivity and Manufacturing Distributed Network initiatives. Experience with Agile practices and Lean Six Sigma methodology. Results-oriented team player with strong professional presence. Salary Range:
