Job Summary: Ideal candidate will be a strategic leader and partner to the senior leadership team, driving the alignment of technology initiatives with the organization’s long-term goals. The role combines operational expertise, product management, strong communication skills and strategic vision to ensure seamless execution of key technology priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Head of Technology Programs and Integrations delivers results in an innovative and one-firm approach. Job Duties: Deliver Business Outcomes – “What and Why”

Collaborates with leadership team to shape the strategic roadmap and reporting to senior executives. Identifies emerging trends and recommendations to remain competitive and aligned to enterprise goals. Oversee cross-pillar initiatives to solution for roadblocks and increased collaboration. Manages and oversees finance, vendor management and program management for the technology teams and leadership.

Well informed Stakeholders and users– “Who”

Act as a sounding board for the tech leadership and other stakeholders for key-decisions. Facilitate communications internally within IT as well with technology teams and business units. Develop and maintain budgets for large scale initiatives and business-as-usual operating expenses. Oversees and organizes large scale events such as Town Halls, Quarterly Business Meetings and Off-sites.

Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Advanced degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or related field. 15+ years of experience in world-class technical organizations. Demonstrated experience in building and understanding IT strategy, metrics used for baselining and measuring the progress of IT. Demonstrated track record of highly collaborative cross functional work. Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills, including a track record of coaching and mentorship. Ability to mentor and grow a top tier management team. Initiative and passion for finding solutions to ambiguous problems and ability to work in difficult situations and across organizational boundaries. Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to communicate or convey the results to audience at all levels. Ability to effectively adapt to rapid technological and business change while maintaining enthusiasm and displaying sound judgment.
