We are seeking a Cybersecurity Account Executive specializing in cybersecurity to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with OEM partners to align sales efforts and maximize their product portfolios.
- Stay informed on industry trends, government regulations, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in the commercial sector.
- Understand clients' unique cybersecurity and networking needs, tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Navigate procurement processes, including GSA schedules and other relevant mechanisms.
Solution Presentation
- Articulate the value of our cybersecurity and networking solutions to potential clients.
- Position the company as the preferred partner alongside OEM sales teams.
Proposal Preparation
- Collaborate with technical teams and partners to develop customized proposals that address client needs.
- Ensure all proposals comply with applicable procurement regulations.
Account Growth and Retention
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
Reporting and Forecasting
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to senior management.
- Accurately document sales activities in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven success in technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity or networking.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and networking technologies and trends.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
