How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta's Marketing team is seeking best-in-class talent for our 12-week summer internship starting mid-May or early June through August 2025, that may lead to full-time employment. Our interns are full members of our team, developing a deep understanding of our global company, directly supporting the efforts of our Marketing teams, and gaining exposure to other departments, partners, and experiences. Our Creative team develops compelling visual content that strengthens our brand identity and engages our audiences across all platforms. We're seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our dynamic team. We want someone passionate about creating impactful visual solutions that communicate our message effectively and maintain our brand's visual consistency while pushing creative boundaries. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will: Create engaging visual content for digital and print materials, including graphics for internal and external channels, marketing collateral, and promotional materials. Design and produce content for various Delta platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement Support digital marketing campaigns through creative asset development Assist in photography & videography projects and photo editing for various marketing materials Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to translate concepts into visually appealing designs Support the design team in preparing files for digital and print production Help maintain our digital asset library and organize design files Create mockups, pitch decks and presentations for client and internal meetings Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) Must be an undergraduate student enrolled in a 4-year degree program in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field Must be enrolled in a 4-year degree program during the duration of the internship to participate Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the 12-week internship program during the Summer of 2025 Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: Adobe Photoshop InDesign Demonstrated understanding of graphic design fundamentals including: Layout and composition Typography Brand identity development Color theory Experience with photography and photo editing Basic understanding of creative strategy Understanding of creative advertising principles Familiarity with digital marketing and social media marketing concepts Active knowledge of primary social media platforms and their design requirements Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Good communication skills and ability to accept constructive feedback * Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
