Job Title: MDS Coordinator/ Nurse Manager * Full-time. * 8am - 5pm. * Weekend and on-call required. About the Role: As a Nurse Manager/ MDS Coordinator at Columbine Commons Health & Rehab, you will: * Ensure resident well-being is held to the highest standards by overseeing staff and proper care procedures. * Empower staff development and a culture of positivity by providing mentorship, training, and orientation to new staff members. * Foster a quality of life for residents by relaying key care metrics and information to appropriate committees and leadership. What We're Looking For: Experience: * Nursing degree from an accredited college or university required. * Clear and unencumbered RN license from State of Colorado required. * Minimum of three years' experience in a healthcare leadership role required. * Prior experience in nursing leadership or education as well as MDS coordination preferred. Skills: * Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills. * Attention to detail and ability to analyze and summarize large quantities of data. * Knowledge of regulatory requirements and problem-solving skills. Attributes: * Compassion and empathy. * Adaptability. * Confidence. * Advocacy. Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $38 - $49.22/hr.
