The role involves understanding business challenges, gathering and analyzing requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed requirements. Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories. Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups to illustrate business requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather input and resolve conflicts. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives. Solution Assessment and Validation: Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that business needs are met. Analyze solution performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability. Propose solutions to address pain points and align processes with industry best practices. Monitor and document the impact of implemented changes. Reporting and Analysis: Create and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders. Perform data analysis to support decision-making and uncover insights. Required Skills and Expertise: Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, or similar. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis for querying and validating information. Experience in creating wireframes and mockups using tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Axure. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise tools like ERP, CRM, or other business software is advantageous.
