My Dental Recruiter is hiring: Dental Assistant in Bethlehem

• X-ray certification is required.
• Prior dental office experience is required.
• Commuting to both our practices in Allentown and Bethlehem is required.

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will be responsible to:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards
• Some front office responsibilities including taking phone calls, scheduling, patient check-in, checkout and other administrative duties as needed.
