Zervas Facility Maintenance, our family business is looking for a General Commercial Cleaner for Part-time to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Job Responsibilities:

- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK - Felons are not encouraged to apply.

- Cleaning surfaces, desks, bathrooms, offices, kitchenettes, and entry way.

- Vacuuming carpet, sweeping & mopping hardwood floors, etc.

- Cleaning scope and supplies provided.

- Most general cleaning responsibilities, you can be assigned to specific accounts to have consistent work

Additional details:

- Monday and Tuesday cleaning during the day, also a Friday afternoon shift. 

- We take hard work seriously and you will have the chance to make more money as time goes on and have leadership opportunities in the future, see below

- Starting pay $16.75 - $18 PER Hour (based on experience) with a 30-day review.

- Roughly 10 - 15 hours per week.
