We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Platform Engineer to design, deploy, manage, monitor, and maintain validator nodes for multiple blockchain networks. This role combines Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, and Platform Engineering, demanding expertise across these domains to build and maintain secure, scalable, and highly efficient infrastructure.

As a Blockchain SME, you will work closely with internal teams (business, development, and modelling) as well as external stakeholders (clients and the blockchain community) to ensure Twinstake's infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for driving automation, ensuring production-grade stability, and optimizing platform efficiency. Additionally, you will be the go-to person for chain-specific updates, voting summaries, and technical advice.

What you're good at:

Platform Engineering and Automation: Design and implement production-grade systems and automate infrastructure processes to increase efficiency and scalability across all blockchain operations Validator Node Management: Research, design, deploy, and maintain validator nodes for multiple blockchain networks Performance and Optimization: Ensure nodes meet performance targets, optimizing for latency, transaction speed, and efficiency Monitoring and Incident Response: Set up robust monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Grafana, and be part of the on-call rotation to handle incidents Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices to protect the nodes and manage compliance for each chain Upgrades and Forks: Prepare for and execute network upgrades and forks, coordinating with the community and stakeholders Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for each chain and communicate key updates to internal and external teams Collaboration: Be the internal point of contact for chain-specific expertise, working closely with the business, customer, dev, and modelling teams Community Engagement: Represent Twinstake at blockchain community events and conferences. Cost Management: Optimize infrastructure costs while balancing performance and scalability Some of the Technologies We Use:

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD Monitoring and Observability: Grafana and Prometheus Virtualization and Orchestration: Proxmox, MAAS, Kubernetes Cloud and On-Prem Solutions: AWS, GCP, Co-location, and bare metal infrastructure What you bring:

Proven experience managing blockchain nodes (validators, RPC nodes) on networks such as Ethereum, Solana, or Cosmos Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, security best practices, and performance optimization Proficiency in designing and implementing production-grade infrastructure and platform solutions, with a focus on automation and efficiency Ability to write production-ready code for system automation and tooling Hands-on experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform, Ansible, and monitoring tools like Grafana Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP), on-prem, and bare metal infrastructure Strong communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues Team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge What we offer:
