Volt is immediately hiring for a Production Blender in Pomona, California.
As a Production Blender you will:
Ensure quality product is sent out to customers Inspect raw materials against quality standards Responsible for recording production and collected test sample for each blend table. Clean & sterilize blending tools Select & pre-weigh each ingredient accurately before it goes on blending table Sort, transfer, & stack finished product on pallet boxes Ability to work in an environment that can be hot, cool, & noisy at times. Comply with GMP, HACCP, & company safety policies and procedures Maintain sanitation level in blending area at all times Cross trains to perform work on other lines, works closely with leads, machine operators, and Supervisors Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a full time opportunity. Monday- Friday
6am-2:30pm + OT
The ideal candidate will:
Work OT, weekends, and Holiday's as needed Previous experience in Food/Beverage (preferred) Knowledge of food sanitation (preferred) Work well with others Bilingual - Spanish (preferred)
Pay rate: $17.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
