Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Machine Operator position in an exciting warehouse facility! Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Performing routine maintenance checks and repairs. Comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking. Job Machine Operator- Polisher Day shift 7am-3:30, 3-11:30 or 11:00-7:30am Reports to Supervisor Job Overview Polisher Machine operator- loading and unloading parts into blast machine to be cleaned, inspected, packaged and shipped out to the customer. Detailed oriented in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities and Duties Safely operating a machine Bending, squatting, climbing, stooping, twisting and reaching, standing for long periods of time Lifting up to 50 pounds Qualifications Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day Must be able to lift material up to 50 pounds. Must be able to properly use and care for assigned tools and equipment Must be able to adhere to standards and perform a quality job in a safe manner within an acceptable time.
