Learning and Development HR Intern

As an HR Intern focusing on Learning & Development (L&D), you will work closely with our team to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs and solutions. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into employee training, career development, and performance management within a dynamic organization. You will also help create and improve learning materials, assist in managing learning platforms, and track training progress and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Training Coordination: Support the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Ensure all electronic and print materials and room logistics are ready for learning events.
  • Content Creation & Support: Help create and update learning resources, including training manuals, presentation slides, eLearning modules, graphics, and videos.
  • System Management: Act as an admin of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring courses and content are maintained and accessible to employees. Manage customer requests within system in an effective, timely manner.
  • Training Evaluation: Help gather and analyze feedback from participants to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research & Development: Research best practices and trends in learning and development, bringing forward ideas to enhance the company's L&D programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in initiatives that promote learning and career development opportunities to employees, ensuring they are aware of available resources.
  • HR Support: Provide support for various L&D activities, including tracking training completion, maintaining records, and preparing reports on training progress.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Instructional Design background is a plus.
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development and employee training programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Articulate or similar publishing software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a willingness to learn.
