Volt is immediately hiring an Accounting Clerk in Erie, PA.
As an Accounting Clerk you will:
Maintain accurate financial records by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Reconcile accounts by balancing debits and credits, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports
This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting/business or relatable field
Proven experience in accounting, specifically in balancing debits and credits, and managing AP/AR
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Pay Rate: $21/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
