The Role: Head of Sales, North America 

As Head of Sales, North America, you’ll be at the forefront of Ten’s ambitious expansion plans in the U.S. Reporting directly to our Group COO (and co-founder), you’ll be responsible for leading, scaling, and driving our revenue growth strategy. This is your opportunity to make a transformational impact at a profitable, global business on a mission to redefine customer loyalty and service excellence. 

What You’ll Do: 

Develop and Execute Growth Strategies 

  • Build a winning sales strategy for North America, focusing on closing deals with US banks, wealth managers, and Fortune 500 brands. 
  • Optimize go-to-market approaches to maximize revenue and profitability. 
  • Implement consultative, value-based selling processes and supporting sales technologies to close high-value, multi-year deals. 

Expand Our Market Presence 

  • Identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and deepen relationships in financial services. 
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, turning insights into actionable strategies that drive results. 

Own Revenue Growth and Optimization 

  • Drive significant revenue growth by closing multi-year contracts valued at $1M+ through platform-as-a-service and technology fees.  

Collaborate for Success 

  • Partner with executive leadership, marketing, proposition and product teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional client value. 
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams to achieve company-wide goals. 

Build, Lead and Scale High-Performing Sales Teams 

  • As you grow the business: recruit, inspire, and develop exceptional sales talent to drive measurable success. 

Requirements

What You Bring: 

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales/business development, with a proven track record of success in financial services, fintech, loyalty programs, or creative/digital agencies. 
  • Experience selling into US banks and wealth managers, with an established network of senior decision-makers. 
  • Demonstrated success closing high-value deals ($1M+) and driving substantial revenue growth in long sales cycles (6+ months). 
  • At least 3+ years’ experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams. 
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives. 
  • A growth mindset, strategic acumen, and a passion for technology-driven innovation.

Salary range: $120K- $300K base + OTE (50/50) 

Location:  New York, NY (Hybrid) with travel across the US & Canada
