Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Camden, NJ
Rate: $18-20/hr
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position.
Job Duties- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
-Customer Service experience preferred (phone or retail)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying- Maintain office supplies and inventory- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department- Assist with special projects as assigned
Experience- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping- Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
