Job Description
   The Entry Level Events Assistant will assist in planning, organizing, and executing events for our clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position will support the events team with on-site and behind-the-scenes logistics. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Preparation: Assist with planning, organizing, and setting up events, including coordinating logistics, supplies, and timelines.
  • On-Site Support: Help with event setup, registration, guest assistance, and coordination on the event day to ensure smooth operations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors to arrange for necessary services, supplies, and equipment for events.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that all event materials and equipment are ready, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Post-Event Follow-Up: Assist with event breakdown, feedback collection, and documentation, including compiling reports on event success and areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks related to event planning, such as preparing documents, tracking expenses, and organizing event files.
  • Client Interaction: Provide support for clients during events and address questions or concerns professionally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the events and marketing teams to ensure all event requirements are met and objectives are achieved.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or coursework in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances on event days.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules.
  • Prior experience in events or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
