We are seeking an HR Professional with at least 4 years of increasingly responsible HR experience, to include at least 3 years with direct client support responsibility. This role will report to the Director, Human Resources supporting the Operations and Install Operations actives across Window Nation. The Human Resource Manager will thrive in a culture that is collaborative, customer-centric and team oriented. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR partnership through the delivery of core HR programs and processes. Partner with leaders from your client groups around coaching/employee relations, talent management, onboarding, and performance management. Effectively facilitates all facets of the HR model across assigned locations, branches and regions providing insight to support and inform business strategies.
Core Role Responsibilities Partner with leaders to ensure alignment and consistency in compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, effective record-keeping and general HR related issues. Assist Talent Acquisition with Recruiting and Onboarding process Create an environment of positive employee relations; balance business needs with employee needs, establish trust and credibility with employees while mitigating risks for the business. Conduct fair and timely workplace investigations; recommend resolutions consistent with Company policies and practices. Drive and execute corporate HR initiatives and programs effectively among client areas; understanding of business priorities and the competitive environment Assist in the development, implementation and communication of company policies and procedures. Support employee development by assisting managers in assessing and identifying resources to meet employee/departmental training needs and encouragement of employees to continuously develop their skills for opportunity and growth. Drive employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction while balancing employee concerns with all levels of company goals. Ensure compliance of Federal, State, and local jurisdictions employment laws and regulations such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc. Perform administrative tasks supporting assigned client groups including management of company benefits Support the recruiting Support recognition, DE&I and ESG programs. Role requires at least 10% US travel Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required with major concentration in HR or business-related field preferred 4+ years of experience in core Human Resources, Talent Management and/or or Talent Acquisition 3+ years in HR client support Preferred Qualifications
HRIS system experience in UKG, ADP, or similar platforms Experience supporting client groups in different geographic locations. Change management experience. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Ability to build partnerships with different levels of employees and management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively deliver presentations. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
$70,000 - $75,000 biweekly
