Essential Job Functions Monitor and assess resident conditions with a caring touch, ensuring they receive the best care and advice. Skillfully observe and interpret resident symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians to enhance their well-being. Provide invaluable psychological support, creating a comforting environment for residents. Swiftly resolve residents' needs and issues, contributing to their overall satisfaction. Prepare residents for examinations and conduct routine diagnostic checks with precision, charting all essential data. Display resilience during healthcare emergencies, responding effectively to ensure the best possible outcomes. Delegate and administer workloads seamlessly, fostering a collaborative team environment. Adhere to care regulations and standards, ensuring the highest quality of patient care. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, leveraging teamwork for optimal patient outcomes. Supervise and guide support nursing staff on your designated unit, elevating the standard of care.
