We accomplish this vision with the following three objectives: 1) Build magical experiences to provide SPs opportunities to connect directly with Amazon and each other, thus creating a valuable and inclusive community, 2) Create and govern SP communications and content to inspire, educate, and engage in multi-directional channels between SPs and Amazon at scale; and 3) Measure SP Perceptions, develop SP Insights, and advocate on their behalf.
We are seeking a talented and creative Sr. Social Marketing Manager who has a proven track record with creating high-performing social campaigns. You will own our Seller-facing social handles and manage social strategy and execution for all of our platforms. This role is directly responsible for impacting key KPIs including: reach, followers and engagement goals, anticipating and mitigating any risks and identifying opportunities. You will monitor social media content and performance, industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvements. You will partner closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure the best possible follower experience.
Key job responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end organic strategy for the SellonAmazon Social media platforms, scaling our social presence and driving reach, growth and engagement across key social platforms
• Deep dive ROI & opportunity sizing for Social media, develop a corresponding social strategy that engages internal and external partners
• Lead and execute comprehensive social marketing strategy for the annual seller conference, including managing live event streaming, developing innovative social media activations, overseeing the event influencer program, and owning the publishing/posting strategy to maximize engagement, reach, and overall impact.
• Build, execute, and scale campaigns across our organic platforms, and continuously innovate on opportunities for channel expansion.
• Manage key internal relationships, owning the content ideation and briefing process for seller facing content
• Work cross-functionally across broader cross functional teams (e.g., Content, Marketing, PR) to execute campaigns and programs, driving excitement for key product/service launches, and Community building experiences
• Set, track and report on performance metrics in regular business metrics

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
