About the facility A community hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage. About the facility location Southern New Mexico is full of attractions and activities to do while on assignment If you enjoy being outdoors, visit the Ski Apache mountain biking and hiking trails or the Carlsbad Caverns National Park About the clinician's workday This position is needed for additional coverage and offers a Monday through Friday schedule with 8- or 10-hour shifts. The call ratio is approximately 1:12 with shared primary and collaborative pager call; while call is preferred, it is not required and rarely involves being called in. Case types include general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, bariatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, pediatric dental, podiatry, robotic, cardiac (80 cases/year), and GI. Both anesthesiologists and CRNAs perform their own cases independently.
