Logistics Customer Service
LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a small transportation company in Tempe. This company is in search of a full time customer service representative to join their team. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or Monday-Friday 11am-7pm.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding their logistics needs
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments and logistics solutions
- Utilize technology and software systems to track shipments and manage data
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
- Assist with logistics planning and execution as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience is a must!
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain preferred
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in logistics software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
