LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville looking to add a Customer Service Claims Specialist to their current team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be contract-to-hire paying $20-23/hr. Must have true claims processing experience within a manufacturing or shared services environment to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage claims process and act as first point of contact for incoming claims from clients, Designers, dealers, etc.

    • Receive requested claim

    • Review details (damaged product, parts needing repair, etc.)

    • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to find a solution

    • Ensure PO, label, and supplier is attached to each part/SKU

    • Identify backup parts as needed

    • Analyze pictures attached to claim

    • Issue credit and close out in system

  • Analyze trends and collect and monitor data in order to reduce claim volume

  • Assist VP of Customer Service with weekly reporting

Qualifications:

  • Must have true claims processing experience within a manufacturing or shared services environment.

  • Must be a critical thinker, strong multi-tasker, detail-oriented and not afraid to ask questions.

  • Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables/Vlookups) strongly preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
