Join a dynamic and collaborative team! Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment processes and programs for their Data & Technology organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the interview process: Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and coordinate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure smooth execution.

  • Candidate support: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and assistance throughout the recruitment process.

  • Onsite coordination: Provide in-person support for interviews, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

  • Event coordination: Assist in planning recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities, including handling logistics and communication.

  • Applicant tracking: Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure candidate information is accurate and up to date.

  • Candidate sourcing: Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

  • Reporting and metrics: Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Diversity initiatives: Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts by sourcing and engaging with diverse talent to build an inclusive workforce.


Qualifications - What You Bring

Must-Have Skills:

  • At least 3-6 years of recruitment coordination or HR administration experience, with demonstrated stability (1-2 years in previous roles).

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruit or similar applicant tracking systems.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.

  • A professional demeanor and customer-focused approach to candidate and team interactions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using tools like Phenom (or similar CRM) and Calendly (or similar scheduling software).

  • Event coordination experience, particularly in college recruiting or job fair settings.
