Company vehicle and phoneJob DetailsResponsibilities: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage cost reports, analyze variances, and implement strategies to optimize project costs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors. Lead project teams to deliver contract specifications on time and within budget. Coordinate change orders, receivables, and collections with the administrative team. Monitor labor force, subcontractors, and logs to ensure projects stay on track.Qualifications: 5+ years in construction project management, with experience managing $5M–$10M projects. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, REVIT, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.
