Job Title: Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product vision, strategy, and execution. As CPO, you will be responsible for defining and championing a product roadmap that aligns with our business goals and delivers exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will be a passionate product leader with a deep understanding of user needs, market trends, and the product development lifecycle. You will have a proven track record of building and scaling successful products, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Vision & Strategy:
    • Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives and guides product development efforts.
    • Ensure that product decisions are data-driven and aligned with user needs and business goals.
  2. Product Development & Management:
    • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    • Define product requirements and specifications, working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
    • Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Innovation & Growth:
    • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team.
    • Explore new technologies and trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
    • Identify and pursue new product opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
  4. Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success as a CPO or in a senior product leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in developing and launching successful products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or Master's degree in product management is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,992.00 - $88,173.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
