Developer Relations Lead
Reducto Inc., San Francisco, CA, United States
The vast majority of enterprise data is in files like PDFs and spreadsheets. That includes everything from financial statements to medical records. Reducto helps AI teams turn those really complex documents into LLM-ready inputs with exceptional accuracy.
Hundreds of companies have signed up to use Reducto since our launch, and we're now processing tens of millions of pages every month for teams ranging from startups to Fortune 10 enterprises. We're hiring our first Developer Relations Lead to help our growing community of customers succeed with Reducto.
As our DevRel Lead, you'll be the bridge between our technical teams and our users, ensuring customers can effectively integrate and scale with our API. You'll shape how developers experience Reducto, from their first API call to building production systems.
We would love to meet you if you:
- Philosophy: You're energized by helping developers succeed. You have a high bar for quality documentation and technical content, and you're proactive about improving things when you see gaps. We want someone who can both spot potential friction points and jump in to fix them.
- Experience: You have 1+ years of experience in a technical role, ideally in ML/AI or for a devtool product, and can quickly understand and debug customer integration challenges
- Communication: You can break down complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance through docs, blogs, and direct customer support
- Tools: You're comfortable building demos and sample applications to showcase best practices and new features
- Approach: Data-driven approach to developer experience. You should be able to identify patterns in customer questions to drive improvements in documentation and product.
The core work will include:
- Working directly with customers to ensure successful onboarding and integration of Reducto
- Maintaining and expanding our technical documentation as we ship new features
- Creating technical content including blog posts, tutorials, and sample applications
- Gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to help shape product direction
- Supporting our community through various channels (Slack, email, calls)
Bonus points if you:
- Are active in the ML/AI community through speaking, writing, or open source
- Have previously worked in developer relations or technical writing
- Have experience at a fast-growing startup
This is an in person role at our office in SF. We’re an early stage company which means that the role requires working hard and moving quickly. Please only apply if that excites you.
