JOB SUMMARY
The B2B Sales Manager will manage, build and develop a world-class sales team that aggressively promotes and sells the Gunton and Pella brand to contractors, builders, and remodeling professionals. They are responsible for creating exceptional customer satisfaction, and consistently delivers margin, product bookings, and market share growth in line with overall company strategy.
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for managing the B2B Sales Representative's results-driven activities and developing their skills to obtain targeted goals. They lead their direct reports to focus on account acquisition while maintaining their current customer base!
TERRITORY
This Sales Manager has oversight of the Sales Representatives in our Akron and Youngstown territories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead your team to their new account acquisition goals through effective time management between account prospecting and account retention. Participate in weekly and monthly reviews with their sales representatives in order to provide coaching and assessment. Manage your team's activities and your performance (projected bookings) to ensure that predetermined goals are being met. Coordinate all training and development programs for your sales managers and outside and inside sales representatives. Develop a yearly sales business plan with each person on your team to achieve individual and company goals. Conduct ride-a-longs with team members to help evaluate and train sales reps on successful sales processes. Assist in managing the operations and administration of assigned Customer Experience Centers. Perform additional responsibilities assigned by your manager to ensure team and company success. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent education Successful sales growth track record while maintaining a current customer account base Experience leading a team A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to lift and carry sales tools that could weigh up to 50 pounds PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
College or university degree Experience in Outside Sales Experience in construction or with windows and doors WHAT WE OFFER
