NP/PA- Outpatient Wound Care

ThedaCare, Wisconsin's largest non-profit healthcare system, is seeking an NP/PA to join our Wound Care team.

• Full-time 1.0FTE 
• Monday-Friday- 8a-4:30p
• Locations: this APC will be responsible for cross covering at all of our locations to cover for PTO, FMLA or sicknesses in Appleton, Neenah, Waupaca, New London, Shawano and Berlin. 
• Average patient census: 13
• Support Staff: RN's, Manager, Director and Clinical Coordinator/Supervisor
