Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Obstetrics & Gynecology Institute is seeking a board certified/board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a rapidly developing practice in the Treasure Coast Region, serving the vibrant communities along Florida’s Treasure Coast. This region is one of the fastest growing regions in the country just north of West Palm Beach. The practice provides perinatal support to our three hospitals with maternity services located in Stuart, Port St. Lucie, and Vero Beach. Each hospital is supported by an obstetric hospitalist program.
About the Position:
- The service area has over 5000 deliveries annually not all within Cleveland Clinic hospitals.
- Level 1 or 2 neonatal services are provided currently with a plan to apply for level 3 status at one of these hospitals in the near future.
- The clinical scope of the practice is broad and includes obstetrical ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, and inpatient/outpatient perinatal consultation for the management of high-risk patients.
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable with prenatal diagnosis, as well as obstetric and maternal complications of pregnancy with an interest in growing a Maternal-fetal medicine practice. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
