Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required AND

• 8-10 years' experience required

Required Technical Skills:

• Salesforce development or similar object-oriented coding experience

• Experience with Salesforce flows, batch processing, and other automation tools

• Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and techniques

• DevOps (Azure DevOps) & source control (Git)

• Agile development / project management

• Salesforce Loyalty Management experience

Required Soft Skills:

• Strong technical, communication and influential skills

• Results oriented, high learning agility, ability to make well informed decisions is beneficial

Salesforce Developer Lead Responsibilities:

• Review applications prior to input in system

• Entering credit applications sent from the dealer

• Research may be required on their part to make sure everything is accurate

• Communication with sales teams, dealers, and internal partners

• Will work closely with developers, Business Analyst, and Business partners to deliver rewards and credit solutions
